RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us customerservice@lulujewelry.co If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancelations
To be eligible for an order cancelation, you must get in contact with us no later than 72 hours after the payment has been made. After this time, the package has already been processed and dispatched. If you wish to proceed with the cancelation of your order, you will return the package unopened to our warehouse upon receiving it at the cost of the customer.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges

Refunds
If the package is received, there is no physical damage to the products and for other reasons you would still like a refund, the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer. If in the case, the products are received and the products are damaged in any way, we will cover the return shipping cost in full. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
